The Art Spotlight is a beautifully curated art gallery in the heart of downtown Ormond Beach, Florida. At just over 2,000 square feet, we are an intimate, upscale, versatile venue for all kinds of events. Our interior walls are a beautiful backdrop for your event, adorned with gorgeous art. The walls are also movable! This offers an opportunity to customize the space to your event needs.
Our capacity is 120 people (standing room), and we can comfortably accommodate 60 +/- people seated. The space is perfect for your special event whether it is a wedding ceremony and reception, a birthday party, bridal or baby shower, private get-together, or a sit-down corporate meeting.

Pricing
$150-$400 per hour and includes all consultations, cleaning fee, and a staff member for the entirety of your event.

Frequently Asked Questions for Event Rentals
What are the hours we will have at the venue?
Based on the time of your event, you will have an hour before and after the scheduled event time for setup and break down. Any other time outside of that will have to be added if needed.
Can we choose our own vendors?
We do have a list of recommended vendors we will provide upon booking with us, however; if there is someone else you would like to use, we just need to approve and make sure they are insured and licensed.
Are there any décor restrictions?
Yes, we do not allow any flames, or items mounted on the walls or ceiling. Along with loose items such as glitter, confetti, rice, etc. However, a few items can be used if removed by the renter.
Who is responsible for cleaning up at the end of an event?
We include janitorial services and venue clean up once catering clears tables and your coordinator has removed all décor from the room. We will do a walk through/timeline to go over every vendor’s responsibility to ensure a smooth close out process.
Does the gallery offer table and chairs?
We provide 1 glass round table (size), 1 glass rectangular table (adjustable size), 1 serving bar, 1 couch, 1 love seat, and 2 side chairs. Additional tables and chair may be rented from one of our recommended vendors.
May I serve alcohol at my event?
Yes.
Can I have a DJ or band for my event?
Yes, that is allowed.
